Conductor/ Composer Grant Cooper on "The Tonight Show"

Here's a screen shot of Grant Cooper with Vice President elect Joe Biden at Ellen's Homemade Ice Cream in Charleston WV. The clip was on The Tonight Show, Monday, 11/3/08 and was followed up with a spoof attack ad using the same footage.

Grant composed and conducted "Boyz in the Wood" . The CD features Steve as the Wolf. Steve joins the WV Symphony for their holiday concerts in December. Grant conducts and Ellen Beal, owner of Ellen's Ice Cream, plays flute in the Symphony (and her ice cream is terrific!)

First Frost

Opera Cowpokes Alive! was filmed at the CRS Barn Studio on the CRS Growers organic vegetable farm. The first frost of the season covers the barn roof while the morning sun highlights the changing trees and the mist rising from Cayuga Lake.

Opera Cowpokes Alive! special guests - Galumpha

Galumpha joins us for Ragtime Cowboy Joe in Opera Cowpokes Alive!. Galumpha tours regularly around the world, most recently with over 30 performances across Europe. On their latest trip, they began work on DVD to be released in Germany (and will arrive the US later without German subtitles!) The DVD includes Ragtime Cowboy Joe from our original album - Opera Cowpokes.

NYC Bessie awards and waterfalls

Steve and Jeanne went to the 2008 Bessie Awards (the dance equivalent of the Tony awards) at Spiegelworld in NYC. The view from the event was terrific, here's a shot of the NYC waterfalls. It's magical at night when the darkness obscures the scaffolding!
